Benefiting from its extremely good IT equipment, AGOFORM was able to set up temporary home office work stations for approx. 30-50 percent of its workforce quite early on, particularly in Sales and Procurement. As a result we are able to ensure that as before our staff is available to our customers and suppliers, directly and in person, without any limitation. Thanks to the various measures implemented – as well as spreading staff over various buildings – we have been able to create a more than adequate spatial distance.
In addition to implementing additional hygiene measures, AGOFORM has reduced the contact between workers of various shifts, also in production. Thanks to safety-focused inventory planning, AGOFORM has so far experienced no material bottlenecks. For the essential materials adequate availability has been safeguarded in order to ensure that even in the event of non-deliveries or shortfalls over several weeks the supply of materials for production can be guaranteed.
As with many other companies, the same is true for AGOFORM, that due to changes and decisions made at short-notice by authorities, customers and suppliers are presented almost daily with changed parameters which AGOFORM has so far been able to successfully adapt to.
