Team building, insight into production and exploring later job opportunities were overseen by the training supervisors. “Time and again, it’s always a great experience and privilege to get to know young people at the start of their professional life and to mentor them towards the next stage of their career”, AGOFORM coordinator Markus Becker was keen to point out.
The company AGOFORM places great importance on offering young people sound, multifaceted training, and on being able to direct each individual towards the future career prospects on completing their training.
The training professions include process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, machine and systems operator and mechatronic engineer. The commercial sector offers the possibility of training to become an industrial clerk. Fourteen young people are currently completing traineeships at AGOFORM. The company is keen to take on specialists from the region and from within its own ranks.
AGOFORM produces plastic products as a supplier to many different industries, e.g. the kitchen and furniture industry, attachments for the caravan industry in interior and exterior applications as well as transport displays for the metal and electronics industry.
